Forum member has a right:

1. Create new themes (moreover it is necessary to be attentive in choice of division, don’t create double, use search)

2. Keep up discussions in old themes if they weren’t  discussed till the end

3. Keep up discussions, exchange experiences, share useful information

Forum member is obliged:

1. To log in site, pointing Your current, active e-mail

2. Before to leave your first messages on forum - look through forum rules

3. Fulfill requirements of administration and moderators, expressed in theme or in private messages. If You not agreed with decision of administrator, You may appeal it later


Forum member doesn’t allow:

1. Call to forced change or overthrow of constitutional order or to seizure of governmental authorities; call to change of administrative frontiers or state frontiers of Ukraine, disorderly behavior, set by Constitution of Ukraine; call to mess, arsons, property destruction, seizure of houses and buildings, forced eviction of citizens; call to aggression or to launch military conflict.

2. Direct and indirect insult to somebody, particularly, politicians, officers, pressmen, resource users, including national, ethnic, racial or religion accessory and also chauvinistic statements.

3. Unquotable statement, statements of obscene, erotic or sexual character.

4. Any abusive conduct against authors of articles and against all resource members.

5. Statements, aim of which is to induce deliberate sharp reaction of other resource members

6. Advertising, business messages and also messages that haven’t data traffic and don’t belong to the resource theme.

7. Any messages and other activity that are forbidden by legislation of Ukraine.


Moderators have right:

1. Pass a caution and limit access on forum in case rules infringement of forum use.

2. Delete messages if case infringement the rules of forum use.  

3. Move forum themes, created by Users, from one group to other with notice on e-mail about change of User theme place.
